Description

This table was created by the American-Finnish designer Eero Saarinen for the publisher Knoll International. In 1947, Knoll enlisted the talents of Eero Saarinen, which began a long-standing collaboration between the architect-designer and the brand. The primary objective was to replace the four legs of a traditional table with a streamlined and functional organic base. This model quickly became an icon into the design world . The base is made of white lacquered cast aluminum and the top is made of white laminated material. There are two labels present underneath the top and a "Knoll International" stamp under the base.
