Description

This sofa was designed by Michel Ducaroy for French publisher Ligne Roset in 1972. This creation was the first for Ligne Roset, marking the beginning of a partnership that would last 26 years. This model is typical of the 70s. In those years, design underwent a great diversification of styles and forms, with a general trend towards postmodern aesthetics. Organic shapes and geometric patterns were used to create futuristic, innovative designs. Bright colors and sculptural shapes were also used to add a touch of originality. This model is no longer in production. The structure is made up of modules of two different sizes, forming a hemicycle. The position is maintained by fasteners on the backrest.

The seat is made of polyurethane foam and here covered in green velvet. It has no legs. The original base has been re-applied. In very good condition, entirely reupholstered in our workshop. 5 modules available.
