Description

This suspension was created by the Danish designer Poul Henningsen for the Louis Poulsen publishing house. This model was designed for the Skodborg Church in Denmark in 1957. This piece is a simplified version of an earlier luminaire designed by Poul Henningsen in 1942, called the «Spirale.» This luminaire provides soft, glare-free lighting. Its spherical design ensures even illumination of all surfaces. It consists of 13 cylindrical lampshades with a grey lacquered metal finish, arranged on four metal supports. In good condition, with a patina consistent with its age and use. Bulb reference: E27.
