Description

Rotocenere Ashtray designed by Joe Colombo for the Italian company Kartell. He created this ashtray in 1966 with the aim of designing objects that address everyday challenges while utilizing innovative materials and techniques for that time. This model is no longer in production. This cylindrical ashtray is composed of three distinct elements. The body is made of white lacquered metal, while the cover is made of compressed white plastic.

The cover consists of two parts and can rotate 360 degrees around the base, allowing for a tight seal when the ashtray is not in use. This position also prevents smoke from escaping and helps extinguish still-lit cigarette butts.
In very good condition, considering its age and usage.
