Description

This circular mirror from the 1970's was designed by the French designer Pierre Vandel, in his early career. As a true enthusiast, He designed all sorts of products throughout his career, from side tables to lighting fixtures. In 1969, he had his collections produced by the company Marais International. A few years later, he became friends with Pierre Cardin, who helped him set up his own workshop: Pierre Vandel-Paris. His creations achieved a worldwide success, particularly his "Vertebra" chair, which won over the public with its original design. Its structure is made up of three parts, with the base in two parts connected by screws, and the mirror fixed by a rotating axis that allows it to be oriented vertically. The position is maintained by a locking screw. The entire piece is made of brushed aluminum.
