Description
In 1951, Eternity AG collaborated with designers and asked Willy Guhl and his students to work on new plant containers. Eternit, developed for the manufacture of roofs and pipes, a stable product with a fibrous texture resistant to traction and climatic variations which contains 10% asbestos. Known since antiquity, asbestos was then reused in innovative ways by the industry. For Guhl, «no construction material used so finely gives as much stability as Eternit.»
